Comments:
did a workout with the high school team. felt absolutely terrible. the mileage has finally caught up with me. it was a 3xmile workout with a good bit of rest and I only wanted to run 5:40 or so to get something quick in. didn't even finish it, it stopped being worth it on the last one. wanted to get 10 in but the cooldown was even awful so I just stopped it at 8.
