Weather: Its gonna be a hot one

Comments:
Ran with the high school team at Bedford Reservation. This will be my day of "rolling" hills as the first two to three miles of Bedford's trail are fairly hilly. This was my first really easy run of the summer. Man it felt real easy. Unded up being just me josh and coley on the way back. Added 2 extra to make it 7. Ran those with my dad which made them even slower.

Need to do abs right after running because I tend not to do them later if I don't get them done right away.
