was suppose to do 50 minutes, well actually now looking back it was suppose to be 45 but oh well

run at nightish
7:30-8 ish
went to MLK, so hilly

started off with a warmup loop/ outer, wanted to see who was at the pool before I went out to fairland. didnt see anyone till I saw lizzie on the way back past the playground, just waved and kept going.

by this point 10 minutes, going down the first hill, before the fields, feet were a lil tired, the stupid socks weren't as thick as I like. ran through XC course, via outer loop the whole time, tried to stay controlled. 15 minutes going into the woods

didnt do the big hill, was worried it might ruin the rest of the run, ran under randolph and kept going, took the grass shortcut cause it was softer.

stopped at 30 minutes, stretched a second
legs felt heavy, and didnt want to go. but started to get into a rhythm

was getting a lil worried coming back but once I got the the bridge and started to open up and feel good, as soon as I got back into the woods I really started opening up.

once I got to the hill I hammered like HELL, think watch said 6:30 pace going up that.

legs felt good doing this pace, and it really wasnt pressing it was just relaxed speed, however i felt it aerobically afterwards.

stretched and got water.
