the only thing stopping the run from being easy was the heat
very little coughing now :)
i remember when the hills seemed so terrible and i hated them! ... now they dont seem so bad (dont get me wrong though, i still dont like them)
a little bit sore in the hamstrings before my run but they loosened up pretty quickly due to the heat
went to the doctors right before my run...i got a shot... i hate shots!
