Comments:
Ran with Evan, okay run. Kind of boring conversations. Evan was talking about his training. Here is his weekly mileage progression. 0 -> 30 -> 65 -> 80. Wtf? Plus he started doing intervals already. Not that I'm any expert, but I know not to do all of that. I made some kind suggestions that it may not be the best idea.
