just one of those days where I was really tired. I was just floating on the water and flailing my arms by the end. Lift and abs later in the day...
Had meeting with orthotics today. I will get some to help my pronation and relieve some stress on the IT band. hopefully wearing them will prevent stuff like this from happening in the future. It is also important to wear the brace more and strengthen the other side of the knee to get rid of the tracking issue. my hip is pretty much good to go. I still need to work on my knee. I really want to get running back. I can't take the depression much longer, especially if XC passes by...
