first hill workout of summer

whew, this was tough for me. 7x300m hills at Mayfield hill. I don't think they were fast, but good enough for me for a hard workout.
around 3.2 miles to the base of hill, 1.3 miles of hills with 1.12 miles of recovery, then something like .53 back to Ben's? eh, it's a little off because I don't remember what my watch said, but whatever.
