treadmill warmup
stand arms up, lower to pushup position with one leg up, hop other leg back, do pushup, hop leg in (keeping other leg up) stand up, arms up repeat.
standing kettlebell row up to shoulder press balance bell by horn to halos
standing shoulder press using bands and sand pipe
one hand bicep curl using bands - switch from forward curl on one arm to front curl on the other, then repeat with reverse arms.
straight to bicep curls, straight to 90 degree arm raises
pullups - 2 reps x 5 different grips. used purple bands for support
5 pulses on bosu to 5 power up/downs, 5 sets of each
