Weather: In the fitness center, still hot and humid
Comments:
I decided there where cooler places to die of dehydration than Twinsburg track so I moved my first true "workout" of the season inside to the fitness center. Did 3 miles at 5:45 on the treadmill. Felt alright. Not great but not terible. I got through it. I feel like I'm not used to getting that type of power from my legs cuz I've been running easy for so long. Its a building block though.
