Crosfit Day 1

Exercise Type: Weights

Weather: Fitness Center Weight Room

I'ev gotten started a little on the weights this week. I hated doing this on a workout day but its that or lift 2 days in a row and I decided that what I did would be the lesser of the two evils.

DL Jump onto box x 20 (Used the 2nd highest box thing. That was a pretty good hight for this)

Back Squat x 20 with 95 ( Pretty low weight. Just trying to figure out how it would go. Definitly will increase next week)

Lateral Box step up x 10 (No weight, same size box. Def use weight next time)

Straight Leg dead lift x 20 with 95 (Pretty good weight. Stay the same for next week)
