Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Supposed to run with Boots at 5:30AM but he sends a text saying "TOOOO TIRED." I really wanted to go back to bed since I only got ~5 hours of sleep. But I was up, I ate already and was ready to head out the door, so I just got it done.
First 4 miles sucked. My stomach felt bloated and my head didn't know what was going on, but once I got onto the trails things went a little better. Came back on a pretty good clip, which was enough verification for me to know that this is >10,5 miles.
