Comments:
PT DAY, so hot.
legs didnt feel great but not terrible.
tried to run around the lake and such, got out 7 minutes and turned around

14:20 total, was planning on doing some on treadmill, glad I didnt.

reviewed log and such, stretched.

Pro stretch several times,

Manual stretch

Wall squats, blue ball, 2x15, form is getting better, just need to keep working at it

Leg Lifts on ball, attempted first set went terrible, but after a while it went ok, was really tiring. Mom tried to mess with me and I got very mad, when I'm working out its not fun and games time. 4 sets of 15 per leg

Reverse crunches, 3x35, felt fine take a long time.

Squats on Bosu, tried to keep it slow and such, need to up reps.

Planks on Bosu, 3x1.30 went fine, last set was a little rough

stool scoots, 5xlength, fine... maybe add weight but drop sets?

Ab crunches on ball, 4x20, is fine, just have to stay controlled, works my arms nice

Val slides, felt fine, move up sets maybe 2x7 ?

side stepping is still very hard cause its always the last thing.

hips stuff was hip stuff
clamshells moved up a band, weights stayed the same.
