alex austin tim ryan and i sorta explored. then we went swimming and fishing. im really tired and i need a break so im taking the rest of the day off even though i was planning on biking and running again today. i actually am going to end up taking the rest of the week off because i willl be in steubenville worshipping god and we wont have much time off. oh and i got poison ivy on this run
