Weather: humid hot and windy
Comments:
needed to strengthen the quads but still needed a good cardio, insert bike ride. hills were rough and at times it was hard to keep up the m.p.h. i hit the hills hard up and down for a work out. i think my bike needs a tune up, haven't had one in a year. bout time i take it somewhere to get it checked up on.
