Its still hot!!!

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cooler but still like 85 and humid

Comments:
So I thought it would be okay if today I ventured out for my run at like 6. I thought that it would be okay weather to run. Not true. I kinda slogged through this one. The pace was still alright and my heartrate was fine at the end but I just never felt comfortable during it. Also my hamstrings were kinda sore from lifting yesterday. Not a disater by any means just kinda not enjoyable.
