6 mile steady-state w/ Tim & Chi-Chris; splits - 5:45, 5:42, 5:43, 5:48, 5:47, 5:53.
CD to house 6, 1 mile w/ Tim and the whole way with Chris.

went out fairly quick, so I wasn't surprised I/we didn't hold that pace. solid workout for the intense humidity. even though the weather was better than yesterday, it still wasn't ideal. lower heartrate probably due to slower last mile.
