Weather: pretty hot

decided to run long this morning, so i went out on the bike path and such abd just kidna rambled around a bit. tried to go easy and light, but by the end i was just trying to make it back without too much stopping. had to stop once to stretch my right achilles tendon a bit cause it felt funny, and a few other times to walk around and just catch my breath. had a few annoying stiches/cramps too, some of which didnt go away for a while. but overall a very good day of running, even if it felt like junk at the end
