crossfit circuit 2

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
did the 2 sets of the first half of crossfit 3. Squats and lunges felt fine on my knee and IT, but my quads were dying. It felt like I pulled something. they are very sore. I think I am ready for the lower leg stuff, but I should go into it slowly and stretch a lot. I will get into it more when I start running.

Did crossfit 2 in its entirety. felt strong. stretched, rolled and abductor afterwards.

Got new shoes today. Got a pair of Brooks. I have never had them before. they are stability so I shouldnt need my orthotics in them, just in my cumulus. good to have two pair, and now i have something with pronation support so I can start jogging next week.
