Ran while Matt biked! Awesome, finally had someone with me while I ran. I was just going easy talking the whole way, felt really relaxed so I decided to do 14 instead of 12. The last 5 miles I picked it up a little just because I had some pep in my step, but then the last two miles I got somewhat tight which sucked. Oh well.
