The Workout

Same as last week except legit 3:30 recovery and I ran one extra interval. It was also extremely hot today so I started off slow and was just going to go easy for all of them. Wound up going slow and working my way into a faster pace than the week before and actually was running about 5 seconds longer of a distance than the week before. Surprised with how great I felt for all of them, could have probably even gone faster. Just ran the fifth one just to run it, nothing special.

Cool Down

Wound up running with Matt Neil who was actually moving a bit. Did 1.65 miles in 11:22.
