Comments:
well, since i cut it short yesterday, i was going to go longer today. it fit well as ty wanted to go ten, and cody joined us as well. we were going pretty fast the whole time, figured tonight could be my first longer run as well as a harder one, and we did the figure 8 loop hills for about 2 miles with the high school guys. felt much better than yesterday, but we also ran at 7 compared to 4:30.
