400m jog on flat
4xSpeed Burst Hill (50-60m)
with a 400m jog on flat in between sets.
First set of hills felt like I was working harder so I would be going faster than I was on the hills the other day, but my times were still slower which was disappointing. Did the burst hills to a certain point and that made me feel great.
Did the next set and I was flying so much faster, then did the burst hills even faster. Turned into a great run.

Turned out I was closer to splits the other day on the first set of hills than I had thought. Either way awesome, awesome workout. Those burst hills were exactly what I needed.
