AM Sheldon Track session

Comments:
Early AM Sheldon Track workout - first one in a lonnnng time. Did 2x(4x400m) w/1min jog rest (800m between sets).

Kept the breathing "easy" 'til about 250 in -- they felt reasonable. HUMID AS HELL; did the workout shirtless (rare in Oregon, even in the summer, this early)

Did a mile cooldown, then did a patient session at the track: a mile warm-up, 2x400 at 5:20ish pace, 3x200 at 5:00ish pace, along with a mess of drills.

AWESOME to have the day's run (better yet a workout!) done before 8AM. :)
