Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
was going to try out a new loop, Stinson to St Anthony to Central to 5th st but I had to deuce by the golf course so I had to take a detour to the porta potty. Looking at my watch, I saw that I was 27:28 into my run, so I figured I would just make this an out n back instead of turning this into a 9 mile run. Turned around and made it back home in 25:37. Run felt pretty good. My lower back is very sore from sitting in a tube for 3 hours yesterday.
65 miles this week felt good. Let's see how 70 goes next week :)
