Here is the circuit I did, in a parking lot at lake needwood
strides were about 60-70 meters

10/15 pushups < Was really sore from yesterday
30 sec Leg squat < pretty good, hard to balance

20 Mountain Climbers < OMG these are freakin hard, did not expect that at all
1 min of abs < Roll-Up/V-Up Combo, felt fine

30 seconds of Step ups < Fine
Superman < for as long as I could, which was about 20 seconds on 10 off 20 on

15 Seconds of calf raises < Easy
60 seconds Triceps Dips < Weren't easy but I love working my Triceps

60 seconds of lunges < Freakin hard but that was expected
10 elevated pushups < this was absolutely brutal after yesterday but prob would have been fine normally didn't do these second time
first set took like 14:10 or so
second set took till 30:07 or something
