after my run I realized my arms felt great and I hadn't done anything in a while
decided to do 5x15
did 1,2,3,4 sets
on 5th i was like wait damn im at 75
decided to hit 100
so 5x15 were done, in the extending outwards style, using shoes normal way
last 25:
10 straight, lean back and try to stretch arms while still holding myself up than 5, took a break
6, died, 4
felt fine afterwards.
Think i did P90 tonight as well, maybe yesterday (writing all of these weekend (after tuesday) on following monday)
