Very beginning I was super stiff but around 800m stopped inside Grumbacher real fast to sign up for a meeting, came out and felt much better. Way looser, more relaxed, flowing better. Did an 800 on the track to get pace. Wish I would have went a little slower but definitely was able to kick out kinks this morning from yesterday.
