30 min warm up before meeting
10 min warm up with team
24 200s:
12 x 200 @ a1 w/ 10 sec rest (4 min break)
8 x 200 @ a1 w/20 sec rest (4 min break)
4 x 200 fly w/ 2 min rest
20 min cool down

didn't run as well as I wanted to - usually I can do 200s must faster, but I felt a little beat up from my run on Sunday (shouldn't do long road runs anymore, I guess) and I was having some trouble breathing - my chest felt a little constricted all day because I was pretty stressed and anxious. Time to take the proverbial chill pill.
