Nice run for awhile on the Stoney Run trail. I was like a minute from the turnaround, and I had to slow down on one of the narrow sections for one guy and his dog. Continued running, but then slammed my toe into a tree root and went down. Covered in dirt and woodchips for another 40 minutes. Probably looked like and idiot running through the hood shirtless and covered in dirt. Also on the way home just before hillen on 33rd, I came across a hord of police offers. Cop cars and ambulances were flying down the street so I wondered what happened. Caught the phrase "stabbing victim" as a ran by looking bewildered....I got to run earlier.
