got up kinda almost early to run but felt like crap (sore/tired legs) as soon as i started. outtta breath almost pretty quick too. ran into kevin a little ways in, maybe ill run with him sometime. went to the high school track and was planning on doing some kind of speed stuff but ended up just sitting there and being a wimp. really hot after that. but somehow i went at a pretty fast pace. kool beans huh?
