Comments:
The team did a long run today in the morning meeting at Dillon gym. Dolan wanted me to take it easy on the legs for the next two days so I did half of the run, then hopped on the bike to finish it off. I felt great during the run. The shins didn't even hurt that much and I wanted to go the entire way but everyone told me not to. I did the bean fields loop, then ended at Dillon to hop on my bike.
