This was kind of a weird workout. First of all, I ran a minute faster than last week. But, I had major digestive issues for most of the tempo and felt horrible after that. My heart rate was a little high (192), but I didn't feel that tired afterward. My last mile wasn't anything impressive and probably slower than my fifth mile. My legs felt a little tired all day, but didn't seem to feel any worse after the tempo than before. It could have been better and it could have been worse.
