Comments:
Came late to a fun run. started at CU track, up to vet school, tower road, road by wing and back to track. legs very sore still not very comfortable. knee and hip fine, but sharp tightness on IT right above knee, might be the brace. Running is probably going to feel pretty bad until my body gets used to it again. the worst has past. Lots of stretching and Ibis 40 at outdoor track after. didnt really get so see anyone because I wanted to get home and bike.
