Ok. Well I needed some more miles and my brother had a track workout for soccer that he wanted me to help him out with, so I did. We did a short warm up together and then got to the workout. These are my brothers times but I was never more than 2 seconds ahead.
3 x 400 (98, 91, 93)
3 x 300 (66, 63, 63)
3 x 200 (40, 41, 39)
3 x 100 (19, 17, 16)
We then did our cool down and I added on an extra mile and a half.
And this workout also looks sweet. I wish I could do 4.5 miles in 22:50. That would be awesome.
