Friends/Garbage/Death

Weather: Humid mid 70's

Comments:
This was a weird run. In the 50 odd minnutes I ran I managed to see no less than 5 people I knew, almost get hit twice by a car, and smell garbage. The garbage was the worst. Its garbage pickup day on Tuesday in Twinsburg and apparently the time I was running through a couple neiborhoods was the same time the garbage truck was coming around to pick up trash. This coupled with running by a myrid of trash cans festering in the sun and humidity made the smell for most of the run less than plesent. Also I think a skunk died close to the bike trail cuz I smelled something pretty strong for awhile on there too. Didn't feel all that great on this run again although it was faster than yesterday. I'll have to take it down a bit tomorrow. Had an apple before going out to try to combat the hunger thing that went on yesterday. I'm just feeling beaten down ant tired. I'm getting to bed earlier but it probably has something to do with last week, this week, and next week being the toughest weeks I'll do all summer. In those weeks I'm increasing from 42 to 70 so I think I'll stop lifting untill I stop climbing the mileage mountain for the summer next week.
