team run with cartwright then core

austin and i biked to community park and met up with some of our team and southside's team. cartwright had a 2 mile loop planned out. first two times we did it, i felt really slow and felt like it was a really long loop, but then we took a water break and i backed away from the big group a little and i felt much better. once it was down to just cartwright austin tim and shaun, i came back to the group and i felt really good on the last loop. then we did some abs, and austin and i went a little overboard on pushups which was fun. then we played frizbee and biked back. the new shoes felt good.
