Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warm up down to JHU then tempo on the track. 4X100 strides. Did 2 miles, 5 min rest, and then 1 mile. Quads and hamstrings were really sore/tired. Extremely hot on the track which made the whole run suck. Want to do these under 6 min pace, but I just had no energy today. PT hurt on the way back. Iced and stretched a lot after.
