Comments:
same as on tuesday. met up with the team before, they were heading out to do a hill workout. no pain, just weakness. It is an odd feeling trying to start running again, I guess im just not used to it. Lots of stretching after. Still tightness in my right leg, definitely not as strong as my left. Coming back slowly.
