did 3x4x400 with austin. felt great. did the first set in trainers second two sets in flats. 76, 76, 74, 74; 73, 72, 70, 72; 71, 71, 69, 69. 1:30 between reps, 3:30ish between sets. we took some extra time before the last one because both of us were feeling the heat. this felt good, legs never felt labored but aerobically felt it on the last two.
