Dehydration central

Weather: High 80's humid

Comments:
I didn't eat anything before this run but that wasn't the problem for once I was just really dehydrated. My mouth was dry from the start and since its still real hot and humid things didn't feel good from there. It feels like I'm plodding sometimes although when I check my watch it ends up being fast and my heartrate is fine. I guess I'll just have to trust that this is gonna turn into fast times these up coming seasons. I've never been injured before and I feel fine running now. Its just that I'm training so much faster than I have before. It makes me nervous.
