legs sore as hell today (still) but stretched a bunch before and after so hopefully itll be ok. had dad meet me halfway today to give me water and stuff (he offered), and that helped a lot, specially considering the heat and everything. felt ok cept the soreness particularly bothered the right hamystring, its tight as hell and affects my stride a bit. really was 6.36 miles but i just rounded down so i wont get a swelled head. good day tho, a good day
