Comments:
now that peak season has come ( i.e. dead lifting 190 - 220lbs stacks of flats onto trucks every 40 minutes for each of the six machines in my fields) my legs are tired... normally I refuse to do lower body weight work-outs thinking that my normal run-bike routine is enough to get in shape. Holy cow. My legs are tired.
Was going to go longer but I hit the wall early on this one...
