8:30am; pretty easy leg, another 4.7 leg so I wanted to attempt 5:30s again, ended up falling short, guess I was still feeling Leg 1 from the previous day. passed 4 people though only 1 of them was respectable. first mile of warmup was an hour before the 2nd two miles
