Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
biked to grant to run with the high school team (aka run with katie). They got a good head start, probably 5 minutes or more because i was talking to p diddy. ran to the fairgrounds, lap on the horse track, and back, ended up not catching katie until center street. everyone else kinda really really sucks. i knew i was moving quick but i felt really good. slowed down and ran with katie once i caught up, which is the .8 interval. pit stop after we got back and i went back out, presidential, brightwood, summit, bexley, vernon heights, virginia, brightwood, presidential. still felt good but kept it a little slower because my stomach was still bothersome. really good day i feel.

EDIT: 7/28, this was a planned down week, although I just discovered that I actually started my summer plan a week early, and as such everything is screwy. I will just stay at 40 next week (which should have been this week) and go to 45 on schedule.
