Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I always forget if we go the way that's 1.5 miles to get to golf course. If so, then 1.5 + 7(1.1) + 1.5 = 10.7.
I ran recovery pace, a very wise person told me to make sure I was going slowly enough that it was entirely aerobic and recovery. My quads - especially the right side of my left quad? - were sore. My hamstring was cramping a tiny bit yesterday after the run but I think that was just because I stretched it more than I usually do.
Thought about priorities and the point of life and how God is way bigger than me!
