Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I like being able to run 10 miles a day because it opens up so many more routes for running. When I was only doing 7 or 8 miles a day I was somewhat constrained. Though I still have yet to find a solid loop that is 9 miles long where I don't need to add on.
Right calf was a little sore today. Nothing serious, just tight,
Legs felt great today, but I had weird gut rot. Really really gassy. I think its because I had two Dr Peppers at work today. I never drink pop but since they sell them for so cheap at work, I have usually been depending on the caffeine of one of those to get me through the day. I need to start making tea the night before and cooling in the fridge so I have iced tea.
