Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cool and breezy

Comments:
Knee warmed up nicely so that was a big plus. A few laps seemed overly difficult to hit 80 seconds but all in all this was a great workout. I like putting on fast shoes and tracking it up! It's great to run with a pal too. My advice: if you don't have a good partner to run with--find one (or two or three). I forget who told me, (was it Nate?) but somebody said they wish they had run with somebody because solo run is lonely business. How true it is.
