Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Longer warm-up, four miles or so, then A1s. 4000:15:15 3000:11:03 2000: 6:56. Felt great aerobically, as though I could do the workout all over again. Scrapped the 1000 cause my calf, the junction of it and my achille,s felt very sore. Might not run tomorrow. We will see.
