7 mile night run

Sorry this is so late coach... last night was a late night. It was a really good run to start, the cold night air felt really refreshing from the hot days we have had. I kept what I was assuming to be around 7-7:30 pace, which felt good, I ran out on Buffalo for awhile, then came back towards campus. Then my stomach started to give me pains, so I slowed it down a bit, for my last 10 min I ran on the turf because my hip was starting to act up... that felt great! After my run I stretched my hip for about 10 min, and it felt much better.
