Comments:
run at GRC, didn't have the best sleep.
was with gaby in the afternoon and drank gallons of water at subway lol, shes doing good, talked of adventures :) she got mad at me for doubling, and i think something else lol
picked up camille, kenny got us super lost/out of the way, DONT DO THAT AGAIN =p
get there and everyone had been waiting on us, thank god for jackson lol, who know i would be saying that lol
stop with the lols....
anyway run, start out sloggish with rafi and 3 girls
we see roller skaters and drop the hammer to catch them, I prob didnt go faster than LT pace for like 5 minutes? than said screw it. I didnt want to ruin my run, and we caught them anyway.
just went to the turn around and back like always.
stopped cause they needed a breather.
got to the light and i was wiped... stupid dumb runs on monday
got to next light i was more done.
got back to store i needed much more time but called it.
watch died so i dunno what actually happened, the girls said 40 for hte 5 miles, but they never stopped watched. so it was prob around 37:30, i missed like 2 miles that day. 13 minutes. fuckkkk
oh well. legs felt like jelly afteer, tons of sweat on the ground after lol. stretched but still felt poor. knew i should FM before bed, did I no.....
oh well.
